Ladies, what are you doing on a daily, consistent basis to ensure your own positive mental health and self care? We are the mothers, the wives, the teachers, the workers and the list goes on. It may not always seem like we have the time, but self care is so important to our overall well being. We cant pour from an empty cup and I encourage you to take a few minutes each day, start with journaling or painting, destress from your work day.. find ways to love on yourself. Your body, mind and health will thank you.
