Have you ever sat back and looked at how negative your day continued on after you woke up angry or staying stuck in a bad headspace? The phrase “change your thinking change your life“ is so true and we have to be mindful of how we speak to ourselves. Your inner self is listening.. are you building her up or tearing her down? Make small adjustments in how you speak to yourself, what you choose to think about and what you dwell on. I guarantee you will slowly see changes all around you.
